Outdoor, Outdoor Maternity and Outdoor Fine Art packages are paid in full at confirmation.

For packages paid in full at confirmation, cancellation refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account arrangements already made for the session.

Outdoor, Outdoor Maternity and Outdoor Fine Art packages are paid in full at confirmation. Payment arrangements follow the selected package.

Please arrive at the agreed location and time. If you are delayed or the location changes, contact the studio so the session arrangements can be discussed.

Your session follows the setups and duration listed in your selected package. Discuss your concept and wardrobe before the appointment so the session can be planned around them.

Bring outfits suited to the location and season. Outdoor Fine Art Golden includes one outfit and one setup. Studio wardrobe is not included in the standard Outdoor or Outdoor Maternity packages.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives should wait outside the shooting area while the session takes place.

A 30–60 second reel add-on is $50 for Outdoor and Outdoor Maternity sessions; it is included with Outdoor Maternity Famille. Outdoor Fine Art Golden does not include a reel.

Edited photographs are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution within two weeks for standard packages and one month for Fine Art. Unedited photographs are not included.

Additional Outdoor photos are $25 each, Outdoor Maternity photos $35 each, and Outdoor Fine Art photos $100 each. Each includes the edited digital file and one standard print.

Digital files are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution. Prints and frames are included only where listed in your package.

Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering or removing the logo. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used for booking and photo delivery. Necessary service providers may process them as described in our privacy policy.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control. This includes weather changes, location closures, third party access restrictions, and any incident occurring on a location not under our management.

The standard Outdoor packages carry a fuel surcharge of $1 per kilometre, calculated using the Google Maps distance from the studio to the location. This distance is charged once, without doubling it for the return journey. A location 25 km from the studio adds $25. Outdoor Maternity and Outdoor Fine Art do not list this surcharge.
