Studio maternity requires a $50 deposit; Maternity Fine Art requires $70. The remaining balance is due on the shoot day. Outdoor maternity is paid in full at confirmation.

Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice and the deposit transfers to your new date. Rescheduling with less notice forfeits the original deposit and requires a new deposit. For packages paid in full at confirmation, cancellation refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account arrangements already made for the session.

Please arrive at the agreed time. If you are delayed, contact the studio as soon as possible so we can discuss the appointment.

Your session follows the setups and duration listed in your selected package. Discuss your concept and wardrobe before the appointment so the session can be planned around them.

Studio maternity packages include one dress for Bébé, two for Amour and three for Miracle. Maternity Fine Art Majesté includes one dress. Each person wears one outfit per theme. Outdoor maternity wardrobe is not included in the listed packages.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the waiting room while the session takes place. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.

The studio maternity reel add-on is $40, included with Miracle. The outdoor maternity reel add-on is $50, included with Famille. Maternity Fine Art Majesté includes a reel. Personal recording during the session is not allowed.

Edited photographs are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution within two weeks for standard packages and one month for Fine Art. Unedited photographs are not included.

Additional studio and outdoor maternity photos are $35 each; Maternity Fine Art photos are $70 each. Each includes the edited digital file and one standard print.

Digital files are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution. Prints and frames are included only where listed in your package.

Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering or removing the logo. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used for booking and photo delivery. Necessary service providers may process them as described in our privacy policy.
