Indoor Golden requires a $50 deposit; Maternity Fine Art Majesté requires $70. The remaining balance is due on the shoot day. Outdoor Golden is paid in full at confirmation.

Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice and the deposit transfers to your new date. Rescheduling with less notice forfeits the original deposit and requires a new deposit. For packages paid in full at confirmation, cancellation refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account arrangements already made for the session.

Please arrive at the agreed time. If you are delayed, contact the studio as soon as possible so we can discuss the appointment.

Each Fine Art package uses one setup and one outfit or dress. Maternity Fine Art Majesté includes 60 minutes of studio time.

A fine art session uses one wardrobe piece and one setup. The piece is chosen during the concept call and may come from the studio wardrobe or be brought by the sitter. Outfit changes are not part of the fine art format. Personal keepsakes that fit the agreed concept are welcome.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the waiting room while the session takes place. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.

Maternity Fine Art Majesté includes a 30–60 second edited reel, delivered within 3–5 days. Indoor and Outdoor Fine Art Golden do not include a reel.

Edited photos are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution within one month. Each package includes the prints and any frame listed in its pricing guide.

Additional Indoor Fine Art photos are $60 each, Maternity Fine Art photos $70 each, and Outdoor Fine Art photos $100 each. Each includes the edited digital file and one standard print.

Digital files are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution. Prints and frames are included only where listed in your package.

Parapluie Studio owns all photographs and the artistic touch applied in post. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering, cropping, or removing the logo. The fine art finish is part of the work. Re-editing the delivered files removes the artistic intent and is not permitted. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used for booking and photo delivery. Necessary service providers may process them as described in our privacy policy.

The fine art finish is interpretive by nature. Final tones, atmosphere, and the artistic touch are decided by the studio in alignment with the agreed concept. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
