Booking & deposit.
A $50 deposit is due upon confirmation for the Éditorial package. The remaining balance is due on the shoot day.
These terms apply to all apparel and clothing photography sessions at Parapluie Studio. They cover the Éditorial apparel package and any per-photo apparel work. Pricing scales by photo and by whether the model's face is shown. By securing your date with a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice and the deposit transfers to your new date. Rescheduling with less notice forfeits the original deposit and requires a new deposit.

Please arrive at the agreed time. If you are delayed, contact the studio as soon as possible so we can discuss the appointment.
Your session follows the setups and duration listed in your selected package. Discuss your concept and wardrobe before the appointment so the session can be planned around them.
Garments are brought by the client, pressed and ready to shoot. The studio is not responsible for steaming or ironing on the day. The studio cannot store or hold garments before or after the session. Damage caused by the studio during the shoot is replaced or repaired up to the value of the garment.
Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the waiting room while the session takes place. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.
The listed package covers photography. A reel or additional video service is not included.
Edited photos are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution within two weeks. Unedited photos are not included.
Additional photos are $15 each, or $5 each when no face appears in the photo, with pro editing and digital delivery.
Digital files are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution. Prints and frames are included only where listed in your package.
Parapluie Studio retains the copyright on all photographs. The clothing brand receives a commercial use license for the delivered images on the brand's own channels, e-commerce, marketing, and advertising. Modifications such as cropping, color correction for screen versus print, and integration into design layouts are permitted. Resale to third parties, stock licensing, or use by an unrelated brand is not permitted without written agreement. The model retains image rights to their likeness as agreed at booking. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.
Your details are used for booking and photo delivery. Necessary service providers may process them as described in our privacy policy.
When the brand publishes the delivered work on social channels, we ask that Parapluie Studio is tagged as photographer where the platform allows. The studio logo is not required to remain on the image. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
