The Célébration package is paid in full at confirmation.
These terms apply to all event coverage by Parapluie Studio. They cover the Célébration event package and any custom event coverage. Events are priced by base coverage time plus hourly extensions, with a fuel surcharge calculated by distance. Editing is not included by default for events. By confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

For packages paid in full at confirmation, cancellation refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account arrangements already made for the session.

Confirm the venue, start time and key moments when arranging coverage. If the schedule or location changes, contact the studio so the arrangements can be discussed.
The Célébration package includes 2 hours of coverage. Additional hours are $80 each. Share the event schedule when planning your booking.
Confirm access to the venue and any location requirements when booking. The event package covers photography at your event; studio wardrobe is not included.
The host confirms that all guests being photographed are aware that an event photographer is present. We work discreetly and avoid pressing for posed portraits if a guest declines. Group portraits should be scheduled and announced ahead of time so we can hold the moment.
The Célébration package covers photography. A reel or video service is not included.
Digital event photos are delivered at original resolution via Google Drive within three days. Editing is not included.
Event coverage is delivered without editing. If you encounter a problem with a delivered file, contact the studio.
Digital files are delivered via Google Drive at original resolution. Prints and frames are included only where listed in your package.
Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. The host and named guests may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use. Unedited event photos delivered without the studio logo do not require attribution. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.
Follow the venue’s safety and access requirements. Share any restrictions that affect the photography when planning event coverage.
Your details are used for booking and photo delivery. Necessary service providers may process them as described in our privacy policy.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control. This includes weather changes, location closures, third party access restrictions, and any incident occurring on a location not under our management.
Event coverage carries a fuel surcharge of $1 per kilometre, calculated using the Google Maps distance from the studio to the event location. This distance is charged once, without doubling it for the return journey. A venue 25 km from the studio adds $25 to the event package.
